Elementary School Programs/Workshops
Designed for elementary schools seeking to incorporate mental health into instruction. Children are taught coping skills, positive self-esteem, and destigmatizes the role of mental health in communities. Workshops are delivered in 4-6 sessions and can be virtual or in-person. Workshops can be tailored to the needs of the school/district.
Do you sometimes feel like all eyes are on you? Follow Darius as he learns how to deal with fear and discovers how to change his thinking to overcome his anxieties. And you can do it, too!
With “Jasmine Crushes Depression,” students will learn about some of the tools to combat the depression just like Jazmine does by going to therapy and implementing meaningful interventions in their lives.
